Aran and Joie had worked for Aveda corporately for a combined time of 13 years.  They knew from day one that they wanted to open their own salon one day, never knowing where, or what it would look like, they just knew it was going to happen. The last city Aveda had Aran and Joie in was Vancouver while Aran's home town is Exeter. When They had the chance to move, Aran choose London.
